Return & Replacement Policy – Sudiksha Jewellery

At Sudiksha Jewellery, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and replacement policy.


Eligibility for Return & Replacement:

  • Return/Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Unpacking the video is must

 

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and bills intact.

  • Return is accepted only in case of:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Damaged or defective product

    • Size mismatch (if applicable)


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products purchased during special promotions or sales (unless defective)

  • Customised or made-to-order jewellery

  • Items showing signs of wear or alteration


How to Request a Return/Replacement:

  1. Email us at online.vimalcreation@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

  3. Once approved, you will receive pickup details or an address for the courier (as applicable).


Refund & Processing:

  • Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • In case of replacement, the new product will be dispatched within 2–3 working days after approval.


Important Notes:

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • For COD orders, bank account details must be shared for refund processing.

  • Sudiksha Jewellery reserves the right to deny a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
